Cognac from "Fins Bois" appellation , the most important production area of the 6 crus of Cognac, produces round and smooth eaux de vie with fruity aromas.

This Fins Bois Cognac, aged for 48 years in French oak barrels in our cellars, has been selected by our cellar master for its gustatory pleasure, beautiful balance and singularity of its aromatic palette.

A pleasantly round nose with subtle aromas of undergrowth and toasted brioche, nuts and green almonds, accompanied by a sweet rancio, a particular note of very old Cognacs.

Delicious mouthfeel of candied fruits, apricot, fig and dried grapes, followed by a nice length aftertaste with vegetal notes
